Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days and express delivery takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the point of dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50. For orders below this threshold, a flat standard shipping fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Express shipping is available for €9.99 regardless of order value.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Registered customers can also track orders at any time from the Orders section of their account.

Every order is shipped in plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable packaging. We use paper tape, recycled cardboard, and biodegradable protective materials so that your delivery is as kind to the planet as the products inside it.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, contact us at hello@ecovibe.store with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
